Established by the Board of Trustees in 1997, BCM Evaluation & Research (E&R) serves to facilitate and guide enterprise effectiveness through the collection and application of quality, meaningful, objective yet contextually-relevant, information and constructive analysis for tracking, decision-making and action.

As an “organizational learning mechanism” (Sonnichson, 2000), E&R both responds to Board and Management requests, and independently initiates relevant evaluation and research projects.
