Leslie McPherson is BCM’s Senior Grants Manager, overseeing grants administration processes, ensuring policy compliance, and managing the development and use of the grants management system. With expertise in grants administration, financial operations, and process improvements, Leslie has led impactful initiatives, including implementing electronic timekeeping and integrating grantmaking software with accounting systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Holding an MBA from LSU Shreveport and a BS in Business Administration from Mississippi State University, Leslie thrives on fostering collaboration and streamlining operations for lasting impact.
• What’s a hobby or passion you enjoy? Tennis – it’s my favorite way to stay active and have fun.
• What’s your go-to restaurant? Garrison Kitchen + Cocktails – the perfect spot for great food and a cozy atmosphere.
• What’s your favorite parade? Krewe of Iris – I absolutely adore it. Mardi Gras is such a special time of year!
